Sump Pump Update

I am going to bring this down one size and see if I can read this. Maybe I can, and maybe I can't.

Thrasher's called almost as I was walking in the door Monday morning. I explained to the woman what happened and told her I thought the problem was a defective meter. She said she would consult her tech and get right back to us. Five minutes later she called and said there would be someone at the house between 3:00 and 3:30 that afternoon.

After all that charging it tested weak when he checked it. He put in a new battery and a new meter. All at no charge.

Now I am wondering...... Was that sump really burned out or did we get taken for a very expensive ride ?????
